Had a fantastic Xmas stay! Loved the fact that I had the entire female dormitory room to myself during my two-night stay. The staff, although different from my previous visit, were equally helpful and kind. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to both the university and the city center. The property itself was pretty and well-maintained, offering a decent level of comfort for the price. The communal kitchen was a great space to meet other guests and relax, and it had a TV for entertainment.

There were a few downsides. storing luggage in the shared bedroom was not ideal, as there were no lockers available.

Convenient historic location, close to shops, restaurants. Thoughtful and helpful staff. Easy to find, 15min walk from bus station. Use of kitchen, tea/coffee in common room. Free cookies and juice in kitchen. Colorful tiles throughout. Good value for money.

There were some issues with the late, night check, in process, as one guest mentioned that there was no staff present upon arrival and had to rely on the help of another guest to enter the hostel. This is an aspect that could be improved.
